Have handy a towel big enough to drape over your head. Boil about 6-8 cups of water. Place 5 drops into a stainless steel bowl, add steamy water, place head above bowl with towel draped over you.

Take some nice inhales in through your mouth and nose if possible.

Minimum 3 minutes, max 5 minutes.

Can repeat every 4 hours as needed.
