Our Third Eye Chakra is the 6th chakra and is also known as our “sixth sense.” Its name comes from the Sanskrit word ajna, which translates to perceive.
The Third Eye Chakra is located above our eyes, in between our eyebrows. This chakra is associated with our intuition, wisdom, and creativity. It is also associated with the eyes, nervous system, and sinuses. When the Third Eye Chakra is clear and unblocked, we can focus better and trust our intuition more. Our concentration increases, as well as our insight into our selves. Emotional imbalances could include being unable to set or follow through with goals, lack of intuition, lack of imagination, and lack of focus. Have you checked in with your third eye lately?!? Are you balanced? What can you do to bring this chakra into balance? 💜Energy balancing session with Reiki & some sound therapy would be amazing! {if we have not worked together and had a session, you should book one soon! It’s a great experience!} 💜Some breath work & a small yoga sequence could work wonders to help open and balance this chakra! 💜Alternative Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana Pranayama) & Om Chanting☺️ 🧘♀️Begin the practice sitting in Easy pose. Take a big inhale in and, as you exhale out slowly, repeat the mantra OM. Allow the vibration of the word to fill you internally and slowly. Repeat several times. Finish with Alternate Nostril Breathing practice for 1-2 minutes to further open the Third Eye Chakra. 💜A few poses that work great for this chakra are: Cat, Cow, Pyramid, Reclining Pigeon, and Bridge🤗 💜You could also use the 3rd Eye custom blend {that is in my chakra set I make ☺️} in the diffuser while you work on breath and/or flow in and out of some asanas! #lilliansholisticjourney #enjoythejourney #yogini #yogiclife #chakras #energy #reiki #reikihealing #aromatherapist #essentials #breathe #yogaeverydamnday #holistichealth

If intuition is considered as the sixth sense, then I have to agree with them. Personally, I follow my intuition because moister of the times it says something right. I am not saying that we should all do it, but we are already on the right age to tell if our intuition can lead us to the truth or not. You also get to decide for yourself only if you know yourself more. There are moments when it was right; while there are times when it is wrong. Talking to your inner being might be a huge help for all of us to know ourselves better.
