Do you use affirmations?
If so, how? How do they work best for you? If not, why? 🤔 I know for me depending on what I’m seeking alters how I decide to use an affirmation. Being a Yogi, I recite intention/affirmation in my practice on my mat. I try to live that off my mat also! It’s trying at times, with things that come up in life right? But the intention is always there😉 I find that when I am quiet and working inward on me- I write my affirmations. And rewrite. And then write it again. I will recite it back to myself, and reflect for a moment. This practice for me helps really seal in what I am seeking. The end goal. The change I need/want. I can not express how much peace I found within my own self, my mind, my soul truly by practicing affirmations. Try this one on for size one today... And see how you feel☺️ Place your hands over your heart, close your eyes and take a nice deep breath. Release the day on that exhale, just let it all go! And say to yourself: I am love. I am purpose.
