Fear of failure is universally felt by everyone. EVERYONE.
We have all been there at some point, some of us have been there several times! It's how we deal with that fear that defines who we are and ultimately what we achieve in our lives. Belief in one's self is the single greatest gift we can give to ourselves. When we believe in ourselves, we learn to trust our inner voice and allow it to guide us. This powerful practice can also instill in us greater self confidence so that we can truly show up to be who we are in the world. Practice being kind to yourself and strive to be the best version of yourself that you can be daily. Each day, pick a few positive attributes or positive mantras about yourself and spend about 5-15 minutes declaring them to yourself. {Seriously try it- commit for the next 2 weeks} Doing this daily will start to create a new pathway for yourself where you can begin to let go of negative self-talk or lack of self confidence.
