So often we read about how generational trauma or energy can carry over. Be passed down. Leftover for future generations to burden. It's true. It's real. Some of us are not even aware, and assume it's just ”bad luck”. However, there are ways to release, to let go. To HEAL. Just like trauma can be passed through generations, so can HEALING. Break the cycle. I can't promise it will be easy, in fact, I can tell you most definitely it will not. BUT, I can tell you that it will be worth it. We can walk on that healing journey together. I am here to help show you and give you the tools you need to break free from that cycle. Stop holding on and carrying things that don't belong to you! It's heavy, in so many ways- physically, mentally, emotionally. Let it go! Schedule a consultation with me today- we can do this together! • • • #lilliansholisticjourney💗 #trauma #inheritedfamilytrauma #clientcenteredimagery #holistichealth #holistichealing #holisticpractitioner #alternativetherapy #release #letgo

That is right; everyone is carrying their own load in life. We have our fair shares of the burden that we carry, that's why we should always be nice to people that we meet. Being rude over simple things will not make you a higher form of individual. Being compassionate is the key to solve the problem. On the other hand, if you you know that you have problems, you need to consult a help from your family or from the expert because you will be able to solve the problem if you will ask for others help!

Sometimes letting go is less painful than holding on. We all thought we can't survive if we are left with hands empty. What we don't know is we can already die from the wounds that repeatedly kept getting pierced. We can't really heal if we keep going back to the same places and the same people that made us sick. If we are unable to release or unchain ourselves from abusive relationships, I guess maybe it's time to seek professional help already. All we think about are others but sometimes we also need to check ourselves.
