Free the mind.
Acknowledge the thoughts, respect them then allow them to flow out of the mind freely. Don't judge them, hold on to them or give them too much power. Free your mind from thought that do not help you achieve the peace of mind that you want. please take note that we don't have the control of anything, so we need to make sure that we don't stress ourselves with the things we don't have a control about. The better option would be mind those things that will make you happy. Sometimes, we need to let God or other people to take over because they might have the control over the situation and not us. I am sure that I am making sense!
