ⓗⓔⓛⓛⓞ ⓔⓥⓔⓡⓨⓞⓝⓔ! I wanted to check in with you today and see how everyone is holding up🤔 So here is the deal, todays post I wanted to share some insight on ⓓⓘⓕⓕⓤⓢⓘⓝⓖ If you are an experienced essential oils user, a beginner or just starting to learn about them... please take a moment to read👇🤗💜 Pure organic therapeutic grade essential oils can be AMAZING for you! As@long as you practice safety while using them😉🙌💜 Some of my favorites that I am using recently are royal immunity, invincible immunity & breathe easy! All have great immune boosting properties, antibacterial anti-fungal & antiviral properties as well💜🤗 (I have a large variety of oils in stock for sale- let me know what you need💜) Once you have chosen an essential oil that safe to use (with no contraindications for you or whoever you share your space with) Now it’s time to decide how to use it! If you want to diffuse that’s awesome! Let me just ask you a quick question: Do you or whoever you will be diffusing around have any asthmatic, respiratory, or bronchial health issues? This could be chronic or just a current ailment. If you answered ⓨⓔⓢ to the above then please consider using a nebulizer or fan diffuser. Try to avoid a cool mist diffuser. Reason being is the cool mist could potentially further aggravate the respiratory system. If you need suggestions on some diffusers to use message me☺️ Curbside pick up available for any orders! Also getting some self-care packages together for you to grab! Stay safe & healthy💜🤗 #lilliansholisticjourney #enjoythejourney #enjoy #aromatherapy #certifiedaromatherapist #holistichealth #inthistogether

being an essential oil user, you must know the difference of the oil functions to your body. At the same time, you should know where and one to use it. Based on the experts whom I got the chance to talk to, there is a perfect timing when to use it. Some people just don’t know it, so perhaps that is the thing you should teach to your followers. By the way, thank you for all the knowledge that you taught to us, I’ve learned a lot!
