Because it’s as unique and beautiful as you are, and it’s worthy of being heard!💜🤗
Exercise that throat chakra today! Sing out load! Connect and feel the vibration in the back of the throat when you allow the song to flow out of the mouth into the universe! Find your voice. Express your feelings out loud. Know they are worthy of being acknowledged. Don’t think you can sing🤔, well that’s ok. Singing isn’t for everyone! However, you can HUMMMMM. The vibration from the hummmm will work on the throat chakra just as well! The take away here is to get the vocal cords warmed up, get some movement in the throat chakra... find and express your voice!! #lilliansholisticjourney #chakrahealing #chakras #reikipractitioner #reiki #findyourvoice Fear of failure is universally felt by everyone. EVERYONE.
We have all been there at some point, some of us have been there several times! It's how we deal with that fear that defines who we are and ultimately what we achieve in our lives. Belief in one's self is the single greatest gift we can give to ourselves. When we believe in ourselves, we learn to trust our inner voice and allow it to guide us. This powerful practice can also instill in us greater self confidence so that we can truly show up to be who we are in the world. Practice being kind to yourself and strive to be the best version of yourself that you can be daily. Each day, pick a few positive attributes or positive mantras about yourself and spend about 5-15 minutes declaring them to yourself. {Seriously try it- commit for the next 2 weeks} Doing this daily will start to create a new pathway for yourself where you can begin to let go of negative self-talk or lack of self confidence. Some other great ways to practice believing in yourself is doing yoga and meditation daily, repeating positive daily affirmations, reading positive books, and practicing pranayama. #lilliansholisticjourney #enjoythejourney #magic #fearless #mindfulness #mindful #holistic #reiki #journaling #yogalife #meditation #bekind 🄰🅄🅃🅄🄼🄽 🄴🅀🅄🄸🄽🄾🅇
Rituals help you to bring Balance, Abundance & Gratitude to your life and the lives of your loved ones. The 🄰🅄🅃🅄🄼🄽 🄴🅀🅄🄸🄽🄾🅇 is about finding balance and manifesting abundance. This time of equal day and night is marked by the peak of harvest season, which can be interpreted as the physical harvest of food or the energetic harvest of the fruits of your spiritual labor. A ritual is a beautiful way to manifest your intentions for the season and to give thanks to yourself, the earth, and the universe. You can even involve friends and family in this ritual as bounties and abundance are meant to be shared. Prosperity for everyone! Each year, we experience two equinoxes and two solstices – the tipping points of each season. In autumn and spring, there is a perfect balance between day and night. In summer, we experience the longest day and the shortest night. Winter provides the opposite. These turning points have long been celebrated across cultures as they usher in a new season and bid adieu to the past. This year has brought about many transitions and changes for most of us. This equinox is an ideal time to embrace the new season and all it has to offer. 🄰🅄🅃🅄🄼🄽 🄴🅀🅄🄸🄽🄾🅇 🍁 Traditionally, during the fall equinox, people enjoyed the bounty that was grown by the sun of summer between friends, families, and villages. They shared the abundance of food and reconnected after a long and arduous harvest season. 🍁🍁🍁 Use these three rituals to simulate tradition. They can all be performed in one sitting. It is recommended that you perform them within 48 hours of the fall equinox. 🍁Gather to Celebrate Over a Meal🍁 The harvesting and ripening of fruits and vegetables is energetically indicative of the energy of summer, and subsequent shedding for the fall equinox. Hosting a beautiful, mindfully prepared meal with seasonal fruits and vegetables is a powerful way to celebrate the change of season. Sharing what you have gratitude for and or have manifested since summer solstice is encouraged. Apples are the traditional bounty of autumn. So, make hot apple cider or apple pie as a beautiful way to use what is in abundance and share it around! The fall equinox is the perfect time to find gratitude and put your manifesting powers to work. As you share a meal with your loved ones, set intentions for what you seek to manifest this season. Affirming your intentions out loud is a powerful way to set manifestation into motion. 🍁Connect With the Earth🍁 The fall equinox invites us to honor the abundance in our lives and like the falling leaves, shed the layers of that which no longer serves us. Just like the earth, we too experience the seasons and rhythms of nature. It’s important to remain grounded during this time of transition. Earthing is the practice of connecting with the earth by placing our feet or entire bodies on the ground. We can absorb the energy of the earth and also release anything that we are holding onto into the earth to transmute for us. Go to a park, your backyard, wide-open nature, or anywhere that you can connect directly with the land. Meditate on receiving and releasing. Give thanks to the earth for the support, love, abundance, and life we are fortunate to experience. 🍁Take Time to Reflect🍁 As we celebrate abundance and prepare to shed, this natural rhythm will also usher us to create balance in our lives. Make a ritual out of self-reflection during this time. This can be in the form of journaling, meditating, or even discussing with a loved one. Have you been giving too much and not allowing yourself to receive or give to yourself? Are there relationships in your life that drain you of energy and leave you feeling depleted? Do you want to spend more time doing things that fill you up? Consider these questions and sit with what comes up, allowing some space and acceptance to be present. Write down the different areas of your life where you give and receive. Work to strike a balance and bring more peace and an even flow of exchange. The energy of the fall equinox will assist you. Generosity is an action, a lifestyle, a philosophy, and state of being that takes us beyond the boundaries of our individuality – beyond our egos – and connects us to the needs and wellbeing of others. It’s a practice in being human that entails much more than sharing our wealth, but rather prompts us to change the way we live so that we all have what we need to live happy, healthy, and free.
Of the yamas, or the ethical disciplines for living as prescribed by Patanjali, asteya, not stealing or misusing what doesn’t belong to us, and aparigraha, not hoarding what we don’t immediately need, are foundational to generosity. These interrelated commandments require one to live simply, to quell cravings for material objects, and to practice faith in an eternal source. And practicing these disciplines ultimately begins with connecting to our whole, eternal nature through the combination of posture and breathwork so we can lead lives that honor our interconnectedness. How do you practice generosity?🤔💜 #lilliansholisticjourney #enjoythejourney #mindfulness This is a great reminder💜
We are ALL of the ELEMENTS. #lilliansholisticjourney #enjoythejourney #elemts #waterfireairearthspirit Unlike water and fire, wind is invisible, but we can experience its effects.
It can be subtle or fierce, and even when we can’t feel its touch, it’s present. Wind flows through the Universe and it flows through us. Let's talk a little bit about our breath🌬 The term vayu means wind or vital airs. Prana Vayu, one of the five primary vayus in the body, resides in the area of heart and controls respiration. Prana means breath, wind, or life force, and it relates more to the soul than it does to the physical body. Practicing breath expansion and control (pranayama) is not simply the regulation of breathing, but an effort to sync our individual breath with a Universal one. The wind that wraps around our houses, that makes the trees dance, that guides ships, is the same breath, the same force that exists within us; it is life itself. It is strong, resilient, amazing & beautiful. ⓂⓄⓄⓃⓁⒾⒼⒽⓉ reveals something important about connection. Just as the shape of the moon and the light it emits in the night’s sky reflects the light of the sun, our minds, when clear and steady, reflect the light of the soul. Like the moon, we also go through phases; our connection to Spirit may wax and wane depending on our circumstances. But despite how it appears to us, the moon is always full, and so are we. Regardless of how we may feel, we remain whole and filled with light. Observing the moon’s phases can be affirming as we pursue growth and transformation here on Earth. ⓂⓄⓄⓃⓁⒾⒼⒽⓉ is a beautiful reminder to seek out light even when it’s less visible, and to reflect that which is constant and true. #lilliansholisticjourney #enjoy #enjoythejourney #moon #moonlight Colors are one of the most beautiful and also one of the most under-appreciated aspects of the physical realm. We are surrounded by colors, but how often do we notice the numerous subtleties in the myriad shades.
Spiritually, color can impart both information – as in aura colors, and energy – as in healing. The aura is the spiritual energy field surrounding living beings which is “visible” to the psychically sensitive. Use these meanings as a starting point in your own explorations. We are each unique individuals and colors may hold different meanings for us than for others, just as a piece of music inspires different feelings in different people. Use colors to promote those qualities you wish to emphasize. Use them in your surroundings for qualities you wish to emphasize permanently. Wear clothes of appropriate colors to promote those qualities in a particular situation. You can also use colors simply by visualizing them, whether to promote their qualities or to exploit their healing energy for yourself or others. Red symbolizes energy, passion, strength, courage, physical activity, creativity, warmth, and security. It is also associated with aggression. In healing, use red to bring warmth and burn out disease. Red is a powerful color and should be used in moderation. In the aura red signifies materialism, materialistic ambition, a focus on sensual pleasures and a quick temper. Orange symbolizes the individual’s relationship to the external world, the needs and wants of the physical body and the ways in which these are satisfied, the world of work. In healing orange may increase immunity and sexual energy. In the aura orange signifies thoughtfulness and creativity. Yellow symbolizes intellect, creativity, happiness and the power of persuasion. It is also associated with cowardice. In healing use yellow to promote clarity of thought. In the aura yellow signifies intellectual development, for either material or spiritual ends. Green symbolizes money, luck, prosperity, vitality and fertility. It is also associated with envy. Green is the color of healing; it is beneficial in all healing situations. In the aura green signifies balance, peace and often indicates ability as a healer. Blue is the color of spirituality, intuition, inspiration and inner peace. It is also associated with sadness and depression (the “blues”). In healing blue is used for cooling and calming, both physically and mentally. In the aura blue indicates serenity, contentment and spiritual development. Indigo is associated with psychic ability. In healing, use indigo for relaxation, reassurance and promoting psychism. In the aura indigo signifies a seeker, often of spiritual truth. Purple is associated with power, both earthly and spiritual. In healing, purple is used for mental disorders and also for becoming one with Spirit. In the aura purple signifies higher spiritual development. White is associated with truth, purity, cleansing, healing and protection. It is a good general healing color for the removal of pain and suffering. In the aura it signifies a high level of attainment, a higher level soul incarnate to help others. Gold represents understanding and luck. Remember though that nothing comes from nothing, It is the most powerful healing color, but so powerful that many are not able to stand it initially and must be conditioned to it via other colors. In the aura it represents service to others. Pink represents unconditional love, love requiring nothing in return. It is also the color of friendship and conviviality. In the aura it signifies balance between the spiritual and the material. Brown is the color of the earth and represents practicality, material success, concentration and study. In the aura it indicates “down to earth-ness” and common sense. Black is the absence of color. It represents the unconscious and mystery. Its visualization can help promote deep meditation. Black also stands for evil (eg black magic). In the aura it signifies some kind of blockage or something being hidden. It is the longest day of the year. The sun and Earth align in a way to assist the growth of all things to come to their fullness. Today try to set aside some time to focus on themes of fulfillment, enlightenment, abundance, sharing, and the joy of living on this beautiful Earth. All of this solar power fires up our passions, brighten our lives, and awakens awareness to the abundant potential of life. Some activities we can enjoy on this day with purpose include: ☀️Have a bonfire or drum circle. Include drums, rattles, dancing and celebrating. Make it into a drum circle if you have a large group of people and inspire one another to move. A drum circle is a great way to entertain people as well as raising energy and relieving stress during the summer solstice. ☀️Go for a hike. Take some time to go to the woods or a park and walk some trails. Experience Pachamama in full bloom and bring offerings (tobacco, dried flowers, sage) to place along the way. ☀️Create a sun mandala. Gather orange, red, and yellow flowers…sticks…stones…leaves and CREATE! Arrange them in circular patterns on the ground as an offering to mother earth. As you do this infuse them with prayers of peace for our planet. ☀️Make a summer solstice tea. Place your favorite tea in a glass container to be brewed in and by the sun. Fill your jar or pitcher with water, place your herbs into the jar and set outside to infuse. Let the magic of the solstice sun infuse your creation and provide you with high vibrational tea. Happy S̥ͦu̥ͦm̥ͦm̥ͦe̥ͦr̥ͦ S̥ͦo̥ͦl̥ͦs̥ͦt̥ͦi̥ͦc̥ͦe̥ͦ☀️ #lilliansholisticjourney #enjoythejourney #summer #solstice |
