What is calendula? Well, have you heard of Pot Marigolds... Beautiful bright shades of red and yellow petals! That my friends is what is most commonly cultivated and used to source calendula flowers, to make calendula oil. So what can we use calendula oil for? We really won't know if anything would be a good fit unless we all try it on first. The more you try things, the more likely you will be able to tell if it's good for you when there really is no chance to try it first. You get to remember how exactly something which might fit well will look like. The details are not always written on labels. Again, it is really for you to take note and find out. It's best to to always try things. If there is a chance, why not.

I love beans. Black beans are my favorite. I heard we are not supposed to eat them raw but I love them so much I sometimes munch on them even if they are not fully cooked yet. I like when they taste like shrimp paste. I know I should cut down on salt but I am just not in the mood to over think. I thought thinking too much about what you eat may not be good for your health also. It's like you are denying yourself of simple cravings. It's not like you're going to eat the same thing straight for weeks. That's the only time you will get sick.
